Team communications this year will come primarily through this site and through our team email distribution list.  If you have not received any team emails you are likely not on the list.  To have yourself added please email cougarxc@outlook.com.

Important Upcoming Dates

The 2015 Mountain View Cross Country season is quickly approaching and there are several important dates for you to keep in mind:

May 19 - Mike and Captains will be recruiting upcoming Freshmen at Sky View Middle School during lunch.

May 20 - Parent meeting in the Mountain View library at 7:00 pm.  Athletes are welcome but not required.

May 21 - Mike and Captains will be recruiting upcoming Freshmen at Pilot Butte Middle School during lunch.

June 2 - Team meeting in room C4 during lunch.  All athletes and potential athletes should plan to attend!

June 23 - Tuesday/Thursday evening practices begin at RiverBend Park at 6:30 pm.

June 26-27 - Pacific Crest Triathlon Fundraiser - Click on the links below for information and signup!  Sign-up forms need to be returned to Mrs. Leapaldt's classroom in C-4.

     First Shift - 6:30-10:30 am     Second Shift - 10:00-2:00 pm     Volunteer Sign-up

June 29 - Monday/Wednesday/Friday morning practices begin at Drake Park at 8:30 am.

July 4 - Spark Your Heart Run Fundraiser

July 10-11 - Freshmen Camp for captains and incoming freshmen.

July 26 - Aug 1 - Moratorium Week (No coach contact with athletes allowed per OSAA)

August 5-8 - Cultus Lake Camp!

August 17 - First official team practice
