The start of the 2015 cross country season is finally here! Here is the schedule for the week of 6/21 - 6/27:
Sunday 6/21 - No Practice. Run an easy 2-4 miles on your own.
Monday 6/22 - No Practice. Take the day off from running.
Tuesday 6/23 - Meet at RiverBend Park at 6:30pm to run the "RiverCanyon Loop"

Wednesday 6/24 - No Practice. Run an easy 2-4 miles on your own.
Thursday 6/25 - Meet at RiverBend Park at 6:30pm to run the "Haul Road Loop"

Friday 6/26 - No Practice. Take the day off from running.
Saturday 6/27 - No Practice. Pacific Crest Triathlon Fundraiser (We still need volunteers - if you can attend please email Mike!). Run an easy 2-4 miles on your own.
If you're unable to attend team practices try to run an easy 4-6 miles on your own those days. Starting the week of 6/29 we will also be adding morning workouts on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and strengthening workouts on Wednesday evenings.
Not only will we have a fun time at summer practices but attending these will also help you build a better base for the season and prevent injuries. We look forward to seeing you Tuesday
