For our third week of practice we will continue a steady increase in mileage. If you have not been attending practices this summer it is highly recommend that you begin to soon. We will be adding hill/speed workouts in a couple weeks so building a base with solid mileage now will ease that transition.
Also, due to a lack of sign-ups for the freshmen camp we will be canceling it and hiking Mt. Bachelor and floating at Devil's Lake afterward as a team instead. This hike will be in lieu of our normal Friday practice. Meet at Drake park at 8:30am. Parents - if you are able to drive please email Mike. We could use a few extra drivers so kids don't need to drive.

Sunday 7/5 - Run an easy 3 to 5 miles on your own.
Monday 7/6 - Meet at Drake Park at 8:30 am - Run Awbrey Butte

Friday 7/10 - Freshmen Camp cancelled due to lack of interest. Instead we will hike Mt. Bachelor in place of our normal practice. Meet at Drake Park at 8:30am. This is open to all grade levels.
Saturday 7/11 - Rest Day
