Team Signups
Official practices will begin August 17th with all practices moving to 5:30 pm with the location TBD. All athletes need to be cleared for participation by 3:00 pm on August 13th. Non-eligible athletes will not be allowed to attend practice. To become eligible, athletes need to register on FamilyID, have a current physical on file in the athletic office, purchase an ASB sticker and pay their participation fee.

Free physicals for girls will be held August 11 at 5:30 pm at The Center at 2200 NE Neff Rd
Free physicals for boys and girls will be held August 15 from 10 am - 3 pm at Mountain Medical Immediate Care at 1302 NE 3rd Street

Thursday 8/13 - Meet at the Sky View Middle School Track at 5:30pm. We will be watching McFarland at Sage's house after practice (near Sky View)
Friday 8/14 - Team Hike up South Sister
If you want to attend the South Sister Hike email Mike or signup at Tue/Thur practice. This will be on first-come first-serve basis and we will have two groups of 12 due to size restrictions with the forest service. Depending on interest we may add a third group. If there are any parents interested in participating or able to drive that would be preferable to athletes driving. Please email me if you are available.
Group A (JV) - Meet at Drake Park at 6:00 am
Group B (Varsity) - Meet at Drake Park at 6:30 am
Remember to bring water, lunch, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, hiking or running shoes, a light weight jacket, light weight pants, and a small backpack.
If you can't participate in this hike, run an easy 3-6 miles on your own.
Team Fundraising
With our season quickly approaching we will be taking advantage of these last few weeks of summer to fundraise with the team. We have worked up a list of local businesses and will be asking athletes to assist in soliciting these businesses for donations in groups. More information will come at practice.
We are also asking for your help distributing our team fundraising letter to parents, extended family, employers, and any others that be interested in supporting our program. These funds will help pay for team activities, equipment, and uniforms. A copy of the letter is available at this link. We appreciate your support!
